日本プライムリアルティ投資法人（JPR）が、主要スポンサーである東京建物との間で物件入替えを行うことを発表した。JPRは物件入替えを計画的に実施し、ポートフォリオを強固にする方針を打ち出している。 JPRが取得する物件は、都市型商業施設2棟。1棟は、中央区銀座ある、平成20年竣工11階建。高級ファッションブランド等8社が入居し、稼働率は100％。もう1棟は、JR水道橋駅前に位置する、平成27年竣工9階建。飲食店等6社が入居、稼働率100%。2棟の取得額は計133.5億円。 一方、売却する物件は、中央区八重洲にある平成2年竣工のオフィスビルと、福岡市にある平成5年竣工のオフィスビル。2棟の売却額は計50億円。これに伴い物件売却益2億円が発生するが、内部留保を予定するため、業績予想の修正はなし。
