日本プライムリアルティ投資法人（JPR）が、保有する商業施設を売却する。 物件は、渋谷区代官山に位置する平成14年竣工の商業施設。JPRが平成16年に取得したが、賃料上昇期でもNOI利回りの低下が続いているため、売却を決定した。売却額は18.8億円。簿価との差額は-3億円となり、第30期（平成28年12月期）に売却損が発生するが、業績予想に織り込み済みのため修正はなし。
