日本プライムリアルティ投資法人が、第29期（平成28年6月期）決算を発表した。第29期における物件取得はなし。稼働率上昇等の内部成長による収益増加、支払利息の減少等が寄与し、前期比2.6％増益、1口当たり分配金は6,756円となった。 期末のポートフォリオは62物件、資産規模（取得額合計）は4,103億円、有利子負債比率は42.1％。 第30期（平成28年12月期）は、保有物件1棟の売却を予定（契約は未締結）。これに伴う物件売却損299百万円を見込む一方、テナント解約違約金収入622百万円発生により、前期比3.6％増益、1口当たり分配金は7,000円となる見通し。
