日本プライムリアルティ投資法人が、第28期(平成27年12月期)決算を発表した。第28期は、新宿スクエアタワーを追加取得。原状回復費収入が減少する一方、賃貸収入の増加、修繕費及び支払利息の減少等が寄与し、前期比2.6%増益。1口当たり分配金は6,588円と、第17期(平成22年6月期)以来5年半ぶりに6,500円を回復した。期末のポートフォリオは62棟、資産規模(取得額合計)は4,103億円、有利子負債比率は42.1%。第29期(平成28年6月期)は、営業利益ベースでは前期比0.3%減益を見込むが、支払利息の減少等により、当期純利益ベースで0.7%増益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は6,630円となる見通し。
