日本プライムリアルティ投資法人が第26期（平成26年12月期）決算を発表した。第26期は芝大門センタービルを追加取得。賃貸収入の増加や支払利息の減少等により、前期比3.3％増益、1口当たり分配金は6,351円となった。期末のポートフォリオは62棟、資産規模（取得額計）は4,055億円、有利子負債比率は46.1％。第27期（平成27年6月期）は、前期比減収を見込むも、支払利息の減少等により0.2％増益、1口当たり分配金は6,360円となる見通し。
