日本プライムリアルティ投資法人が第24期（平成25年12月期）決算を発表した。第24期はオフィスビル2棟を取得。これによる賃貸収入が寄与する一方、水光熱費及び修繕費の増加等により、前期比0.4%減益、1口当たり分配金は6,006円となった。第25期（平成26年6月期）は、賃貸事業費用が増加する一方、支払利息等金融費用が減少することにより、前期比0.8%増益、1口当たり分配金は6,050円となる見通し。
