日本プライムリアルティ投資法人が第24期（平成25年12月期）業績予想を発表した。既存物件の稼働率上昇及び前期に取得した物件の通期稼働が寄与し、前期予想比1.5%増収を見込む一方、賃貸事業費用及び支払利息の増加により、前期予想比3.3%減益、1口当たり分配金は5,800円となる見通し。
