日本プライムリアルティ投資法人が第22期（平成24年12月期）決算を発表。第22期は投資口の追加発行を行い「薬院ビジネスガーデン」を取得。これによる賃貸収益及び前期に取得した大手町再開発の底地による収益が寄与し、前期比9.3%増益。投資口数15%増により1口当たり分配金は6,093円と前期を5%下回った。第23期（平成25年6月期）は、0.4%増収を見込むも、大手町再開発の底地の固都税計上に伴い4.8%減益、1口当たり分配金は5,800円となる見通し。
