日本プライムリアルティ投資法人が第21期(平成24年6月期)決算を発表した。第21期は大手町再開発の底地を取得。これにより前期比9.4%増益、1口当たり分配金は6,430円となった。第22期(平成24年12月期)は期初に投資口の追加発行、福岡のオフィスビル取得を実施。これによる賃貸収益及び前期に取得した底地の通期稼働が寄与し、前期比7.7%増益。投資口数15%増加により、1口当たり分配金は6,000円と前期を6.7%下回る見通し。
