日本プライムリアルティ投資法人（JPR）が第20期（平成23年12月期）決算を発表した。第20期は銀座三和ビルの共有持分を取得。既存物件の収益増が寄与し、前期比4.7%増益、1口当たり分配金は5,876円となった。併せて、千代田区大手町に平成26年4月竣工予定のオフィスビルの底地を取得することを発表。取得額は360億円、敷地面積は11,034㎡。売り主はJPRのスポンサーが匿名組合出資を行うSPCであり、同社と70年間の地上権設定契約を締結する。これに伴う収益が寄与し、第21期（平成24年6月期）は前期比9%増益、1口当たり分配金は6,400円となる見通し。
