日本プライムリアルティ投資法人が第19期（平成23年6月期）決算を発表した。第19期の物件取得はなし。支払利息が減少する一方、賃貸収入の減少や震災による修繕費計上により前期比0.7%減益、1口当たり分配金は5,611円となった。第20期（平成23年12月期）は、賃貸事業収入の増加及び前期の特別損失がなくなることから、前期比1.6%増益、1口当たり分配金は5,700円となる見通し。
