日本プライムリアルティ投資法人が第18期（平成22年12月期）決算を発表した。第18期は、2棟取得（うち1棟は追加取得）を行ったが、前期の物件売却益がなくなったこと及び大口テナント退去による影響を受け、前期比18%減益、1口当たり分配金は5,680円となった。第19期（平成23年6月期）は、このまま推移すると0.9%減益を見込み、1口当たり分配金は5,600円となる見通し。稼働率の改善傾向から、続く第20期（平成23年12月期）は賃貸収入の増加を見込む。
