日本プライムリアルティ投資法人が第17期（平成22年6月期）決算を発表した。第17期は、期初に投資口の追加発行を行うとともに、オフィスビル3棟取得及び1棟売却を行った。これに伴う賃貸収益の増加及び物件売却益459百万円により前期比14%増益、投資口数14%増加により1口当たり分配金は6,770円と前期を2%下回った。第18期（平成22年12月期）は、前期の物件売却益がなくなること及び賃貸収益の減少、支払利息の増加等により17%減益、1口当たり分配金は5,750円となる見通し。
