日本プライムリアルティ投資法人（JPR）が一部保有するビッグス新宿ビルを追加取得する。JPRは現在共有持分の75%を保有しており、今回取得する共有持分25%により当該物件の全共有持分を保有することになる。今回の取得を反映した第18期（平成22年12月期）業績予想は、8月13日の第17期（平成22年6月期）決算発表時に公表予定。
