日本プライムリアルティ投資法人が第16期（平成21年12月期）決算を発表した。第16期はオフィスビル2棟を取得。賃貸収入の増加及び前期の物件売却損がなくなったことにより前期比85%増益、1口当たり分配金は6,933円となった。第17期（平成22年6月期）は、2棟取得及び1棟売却を予定。売却益457百万円が寄与し8.9%増益を見込む一方、投資口追加発行により投資口数14%増加、1口当たり分配金は6,600円となる見通し。
