日本プライムリアルティ投資法人が第15期（平成21年6月期）決算を発表した。第15期は1棟取得及び2棟売却、優先出資証券の売却を行った。また（仮称）KM複合ビルプロジェクト及び優先出資証券の取得を中止した。物件売却による売却益33億円が発生するも、売却損21億円及び取得中止に伴う違約金32億円により、前期比47%減益、1口当たり分配金は3,731円となった。第16期（平成21年12月期）は、前期の一時的要因がなくなるため、74%増益、1口当たり分配金は6,500円となる見通し。
