日本プライムリアルティ投資法人が保有するJPR神宮前432の土地の一部を東京都に売却する。同敷地部分は、東京都市計画事業の対象となっているため、都市計画の決定及び事業認可に基づき収用される。売却価格と簿価の差額は110百万円となり、売却益及び移転補償金が第17期（平成22年6月期）に計上される。第17期業績予想は第16期（平成21年12月期）決算発表時に併せて公表される予定。
