日本プライムリアルティ投資法人（JPR）が千代田区の商業施設（区分所有の共有）と渋谷区のオフィスビルの取得を発表した。商業施設は、JR有楽町駅前に07年10月に開業した有楽町イトシア。JPRの持分割合は丸井店舗部分の共有持分4.3%。売り主はJPRのスポンサーである大成建設。 オフィスビルは、地下鉄北参道駅より徒歩4分、JR千駄ヶ谷駅より徒歩6分に現在建築中のオフィスビル。JPRのスポンサーである東京建物が特定目的会社を通して開発。JPRは竣工一年後に取得する予定。取得価格は売り主のテナント誘致状況により上限を165億円として変動の予定。
