日本プライムリアルティ投資法人が第11期（平成19年6月期）決算を発表した。第11期は、4棟取得及び1棟持分追加取得を行い、前期比20%増益、1口当たり分配金は6,996円となった。第12期（平成19年12月期）は、1棟取得及び、優先出資証券を保有する特定目的会社の清算を予定。前期比3%増収を見込む一方、7%減益、1口当たり分配金6,500円となる見通し。
