日本プライムリアルティ投資法人（JPR）が大阪の商業施設（未竣工）を取得することを発表。物件は、大阪市営地下鉄北浜駅より直結して開発予定の、商業施設と住宅からなる複合施設。三洋ホームズ、長谷工コーポレーション等10社が共同開発を予定。JPRは、平成21年3月竣工後に商業施設のB1F-6Fを取得する。
