日本プライムリアルティ投資法人（JPR）とトップリート投資法人（TPR）が共同で商業施設を取得する。物件は、JR埼京線・武蔵野線「武蔵浦和駅」より徒歩3分にある、平成17年10月竣工のショッピングセンター。食料品や家具の店舗としてテナント3社が営業する。主要テナントとは、竣工から20年間の賃貸借契約が締結されている。JPR及びTPRは、共有持分を50%ずつ取得する。2投資法人による同一物件の共同取得は初めての事例。各々のオリジネーターである東京建物、新日鉄都市開発が共同で開発した物件。
