日本プライムリアルティ投資法人が第10期（平成18年12月期）決算を発表した。第10期は、2棟を取得し前期比5.6%の増益、1口当たり分配金は6,873円となった。第11期（平成19年6月期）は、3棟の取得（追加取得含む）及び2棟の売却により13%増益を見込む一方、投資口数95,000口の増加により、1口当たり分配金は6,600円となる見通し。
