日本都市ファンド投資法人が、大阪に保有する商業施設2物件を売却する。 売却する物件は、大阪市鶴見区にある「イオンモール鶴見緑地」と、和泉市にある「pivo和泉中央」。2物件の売却額は計258億円。第47期（2025年8月期）と第49期（2026年8月期）の2期に分割して売却する。 これにより発生する売却益42億円は内部留保し、第49期～第51期（2027年8月期）に分割して全額分配する予定。これに伴い、分配方針である毎期1口当たり300円以上の売却益還元を第51期まで確保する。現時点で公表されている業績予想の修正はなし。
