日本都市ファンド投資法人（JMF）が、鎌倉に開発予定のホテルを2026年に取得することを発表した。 物件は、JR鎌倉駅より徒歩1分に、売主である一建設株式会社が開発予定のホテル。5階建、総客室数は36室。JMFは2026年1月竣工後、3月に取得する予定。取得額は32億円。ホテルのオペレーターと固定賃料+GOP連動の変動賃料の賃貸借契約を締結予定。
