日本都市ファンド投資法人が、業績予想を修正した。 第45期（2024年8月期）は、都市型商業施設の賃料改定や歩合賃料の増加等により、4月に公表した業績予想に対し1.8％増益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金及びその他の内部留保より計475百万円を取崩し、更に自己投資口の消却に伴い投資口数が0.15％減少し、1口当たり分配金は2,300円と2.2％増となる見通し。 第46期（2025年2月期）は、前回予想比4.6％増益を見込む。内部留保より398百万円を取崩し、更に投資口数0.15％減少により、1口当たり分配金は2,370円と4.6％増となる見通し。
