日本都市ファンド投資法人（JMF）が、沖縄県那覇市に開発予定の複合施設を2026年2月に取得することを発表した。 物件は、沖縄都市モノレール県庁前駅より徒歩7分に、売主である一建設(株)が開発する、商業と住宅で構成される10階建の複合施設。2026年2月竣工時にJMFが共有持分の70％を取得する。取得額は24.7億円。
