日本都市ファンド投資法人（JMF）が、私募REITである日神プライベートレジリート投資法人（NSPR）の投資口を追加取得する。 NSPRは、日神不動産投資顧問が運用する住宅特化型の私募REITであり、JMFはNSPRの投資口を継続的に取得する方針を示している。 今回は、NSPRの増資に伴い発行する投資口1,740口のうち470口と、発行済投資口のうち560口の、計1,030口を取得する。取得額は12.63億円。 今回の取得により、JMFはNSPRの投資口の25.2％を保有することになり、取得総額は62.74億円となる。
