日本都市ファンド投資法人（JMF）が、住宅1物件と、住宅12物件を裏付資産とする合同会社の匿名組合出資持分を取得する。 金融機関が設立したファンドから売却提案を受けた住宅13物件のうち、1物件をJMFが取得、残り12物件を合同会社3社が取得する。 住宅1物件は、名古屋市営地下鉄大須観音駅より徒歩10分に位置する、2019年竣工、9階建のファミリー向けマンション。総戸数47戸、10月末時点の稼働率は87.0％。取得額は22.9億円。 残り12物件については、JMFが合同会社の匿名組合出資持分の一部を取得するとともに、12物件の優先交渉権を取得する。12物件の鑑定価格は177.72億円。優先交渉権の行使期限は2026年12月。
