日本都市ファンド投資法人（JMF）が、「Gビル南青山02」を売却する。 売却する物件は、港区南青山に位置する、2002年竣工、3階建の都市型商業施設。JMFは2003年に取得した。直近期の稼働率は100％であるが、償却後NOI利回りが2％前半と低く、更に契約期間が長期で収益増加余地が限定的である点から、売却を決定した。売却額は53.83億円。 これにより第43期（2023年8月期）に売却益9百万円が発生するが、業績予想の修正はなし。
