日本都市ファンド投資法人が、物件入替えを発表した。 取得する物件は、「JMFレジデンス桜ノ宮」等、現在建築中の大阪の住宅3物件、取得額は計53.8億円。3物件いずれも竣工後の2024年4月及び2025年4月に取得する。 一方、売却する物件は、兵庫県神戸市にある商業施設「ラウンドワン三宮駅前店」。売却額は38億円。これにより2024年2月期に売却益6億円が計上されるが、現時点で業績予想の修正はなし。
