日本都市ファンド投資法人（JMF）が、私募REITであるフージャースプライベートリート投資法人（HPR）の投資口を追加取得する。 HPRは、マンションデベロッパーであるフージャースホールディングスが設立した住宅・ヘルスケア施設を対象とする私募REITで、2022年3月運用開始時にJMFは投資口1,100口を取得した。今回は、HPRの増資に伴い発行する投資口1,350口のうち950口を追加取得する。今回の取得額は10.04億円。これによりJMFの保有する投資口数は2,050口（発行後全投資口数の35％）、総取得額は21.04億円となる。
