日本都市ファンド投資法人が、「イオンモール鶴見緑地」の一部を9月に売却することを発表した。 物件は、大阪市鶴見区にある、2006年竣工のイオンモール。近隣の競合環境や将来的な収益性を勘案し、共有持分25％を売却する。売却額は64億円。これにより2024年2月期に売却益8億円が発生するが、業績予想は4月19日に公表予定の決算短信にて発表する。 なお、残り共有持分75％は引き続きJMFが保有するが、将来的に売却を検討する予定。
