日本都市ファンド投資法人（JMF）が、札幌駅前の再開発事業に参画することを発表した。 本件は、札幌駅前の商業施設エスタ跡地に、JR北海道グループや札幌市等が商業・オフィス・ホテル・バスターミナル等の43階建の大規模複合施設を開発する事業。JMFは再開発事業組合を構成する組合員として参画し、竣工までに総額約96億円の負担金を支払うことで、土地と竣工後のオフィスフロアの一部を取得する予定。開発段階から参画することで、マーケットより高い利回りでの取得を見込む。2023年10月着工、2028年度竣工予定。
