日本都市ファンド投資法人(JMF)が、物件取得及び売却を発表した。 取得する物件は、福岡中心部より東方5キロ、糟屋郡志免町に保有する「家電住まいる館YAMADA福岡志免本店」に隣接して建築予定の増築棟。2023年2月末に竣工し、JMFが3月に取得する予定。増築棟の取得額は7.01億円。テナントであるヤマダデンキと既保有分を含め20年間の定期賃貸借契約を締結する。 一方、売却する物件は、札幌市東区に保有する「イオンモール札幌苗穂」。ポートフォリオの都市型化を進める戦略の一環として、売却を決定した。売却先はイオン北海道。売却額は93億円。これにより売却益32億円が発生するが、2024年8月期～2026年2月期の4期に分割して売却するため、既に発表している業績予想への影響はなし。
