日本都市ファンド投資法人が、渋谷区神宮前に保有する商業施設を売却する。 売却する物件は、地下鉄表参道駅より徒歩3分に位置する、2008年竣工時に取得した都市型商業施設。稼働率は100％であるが、含み損の状態が続いていた。近隣競合環境や今後の収益性、また鑑定価格を8％上回る価格で売却できる点から売却を決定した。売却額は18.5億円。 これにより売却損423百万円が第41期（2022年8月期）に計上されるが、既に業績予想に織り込み済みのため、業績予想の修正はなし。
