日本都市ファンド投資法人（JMF）が、私募REITのフージャースプライベートリート投資法人（HPR）の投資口を取得する。JMFによる私募REITの投資口取得は、日神プライベートレジリート投資法人の投資口に続いて2件目となる。 HPRは、マンションデベロッパーであるフージャースホールディングスが設立した住宅・ヘルスケア施設を対象とする私募REIT。3月に運用を開始する。 JMFが取得する投資口数は1,100口（発行後全投資口数の24.4％）、取得額は11億円。 併せて、三菱商事・ユービーエス・リアルティとフージャースグループが協業に合意。JMFによるHPRの投資口の継続的な取得や、共同ファンドの設立、共同取得を協議し、外部成長を強化していく予定。
