日本都市ファンド投資法人が、第40期(2022年2月期)業績予想を修正した。 前回10月公表以降、「JMFビル赤坂02」等2物件と私募REITの投資口を取得する一方、「Gビル南青山01」等4物件を売却した。4物件売却に伴う売却益2,528百万円が寄与し、前回予想に対し17.2%増益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金より112百万円を取り崩す一方、物件売却益のうち1,007百万円を内部留保とし、1口当たり分配金は2,250円と前回予想から変わらない見通し。 なお、第41期(2022年8月期)業績予想は、4月中旬公表予定の第40期決算発表の際に修正する予定。
