日本都市ファンド投資法人（JMF）が、私募REITである日神プライベートレジリート投資法人(NSPR）の投資口を追加取得する。NSPRは、日神不動産投資顧問が運用する住宅特化型の私募REIT。JMFはNSPRの投資口を継続的に取得することで間接的に住宅へ投資する。 JMFは、NSPRの増資に伴い発行する投資口と併せて1,400口を取得する。取得額は16.79億円。これによりJMFの保有する投資口数は3,120口（保有割合17.1％）、総取得額は35.69億円となる。
