日本都市ファンド投資法人（JMF）が、千葉県四街道市に保有するイトーヨーカドー四街道店を売却する。 売却する物件は、合併前の日本リテールファンド投資法人が2007年に取得した、2005年竣工の商業施設。 JMFは、合併後の投資戦略として、物件入替により商業施設の投資比率を50％に低減する方針で、立地や収益性の劣る郊外型商業施設を売却対象とする。 本物件は、将来的な収益低下リスクを勘案し、売却を決定した。売却額は103.5億円。 これにより売却損が発生するが、売却済のイオンモール大和とイオン高槻の売却益と相殺するため、業績予想の修正はなし。
