日本都市ファンド投資法人（JMF）が、私募REITである日神プライベートレジリート投資法人の投資口を取得することを発表した。上場REITによる私募REITの投資口の取得は初めて。 取得する投資口数は300口、発行済投資口数の2％。取得額は337百万円。 JMFは3月の合併により総合型REITとなり、投資対象に住宅を含むが、未だ住宅施設単体での取得実績がない。マンションデベロッパーである日神グループホールディングスが運用する住宅特化型の私募REITの投資口を取得することによって、ポートフォリオに間接的に住宅を組み入れるとともに、将来的に日神グループホールディングスとの協業によって、住宅のマーケット情報や運用ノウハウを得ることを目的とする。
