日本都市ファンド投資法人が、イオン高槻を売却する。 売却する物件は、大阪府高槻市にある、1994年竣工の商業施設。 合併前の日本リテールファンド投資法人が2005年に取得した物件。 売却額は109.54億円。売却先は非開示。本売却に伴い売却益約10億円が発生する見込みだが、将来の分配金の安定を目的として内部留保するため、業績予想の修正はなし。また売却代金は今後の物件取得資金に活用する予定。
