日本リテールファンド投資法人が、イオンモール大和を売却する。 物件は、神奈川県大和市に位置する、2001年竣工、5階建のショッピングセンター。近隣に競合物件の開業が相次いだことや、鑑定価格及び簿価を上回る価格で売却できる点から、売却を決定した。売却額は172億円。売却先は非開示。第38期（2021年2月期）及び第39期（2021年8月期）の2期に分割して売却する。 これに伴い売却益計22億円が発生するが、第38期は内部留保の取崩額の減額、MCUBS MidCity投資法人と合併する第39期は内部留保を増額するため、業績予想の修正はなし。
