日本リテールファンド投資法人が、4月に公表した自己投資口の取得を完了した。取得した投資口数は15,534口（発行済投資口数の0.59％）。取得総額は約20億円。取得した投資口は全て第37期（2020年8月期）中に消却する。 併せて新型コロナウイルスによる影響が概ね判明したことから、業績予想を修正。 修繕費等のコスト削減を行う一方、緊急事態宣言に伴うテナントからの賃料減額要請により、緊急事態宣言発令前の4月時点の業績予想に対し730百万円減収を想定し、2.5％減益を見込む。一時差異等調整積立金より31百万円を取り崩し、また内部留保額を503百万円から265百万円に減額、投資口数0.59％減少により、1口当たり分配金は4,500円と前回予想と変わらない予定。 なお、第38期（2021年2月期）業績予想は、4月公表時から変更なし。
