日本リテールファンド投資法人（JRF）が、イオン仙台中山を8月売却する。 物件は、仙台中心部より北西6キロにある、1997年開業のショッピングセンター。JRFが2002年上場時より保有する。 JRFは、都市型商業施設を中心ととしたコア資産をポートフォリオの80％以上とする方針を示し、本物件は売却対象のサブ資産に区分する。簿価及び鑑定価格を上回る水準で売却出来る点、将来的な競争力低下、建替えを行う場合のコストや収益減等を勘案し売却を決定した。売却額は99.2億円。これによる売却益は約11億円を見込む。 本売却に伴う業績予想への反映は、4月15日に公表する決算短信にて併せて開示予定。
