日本リテールファンド投資法人が、自己投資口の取得を完了した。2017年10月17日～2018年1月23日に計49,181口を取得（発行済投資口数の1.84％）。取得総額は約100億円。取得した全投資口は2月9日に消却する予定。消却後の投資口数は2,618,017口となる。 これに伴い、第32期（平成30年2月期）及び第33期（平成30年8月期）の1口当たり分配金を修正。第32期は1.8％増の4,410円、第33期は2.3％増の4,430円となる見通し。
