日本リテールファンド投資法人（JRF）が、愛知県春日井市に平成29年8月竣工予定の商業施設の底地を取得することを発表。 物件は、名古屋より東北方面へ10キロ、JR東海中央本線勝川駅より徒歩7分に位置する。敷地面積は20,509平米。借地人である食品スーパーと長期の事業用定期借地契約を締結する。食品スーパーが店舗を建築し、平成29年8月開業の予定。JRFは開業時に取得する。
