日本リテールファンド投資法人（JRF）が都内の都市型商業施設2棟を取得する。1棟は、地下鉄銀座一丁目駅より徒歩1分、銀座中央通りに面する、平成26年竣工、13階建の商業施設。JRFは準共有持分50％を取得し、スポンサーである三菱商事傘下の不動産ファンドと共有する。ファッションブランド店舗等テナント9社が入居しており、稼働率は100％。もう1棟は、JR中央本線吉祥寺駅より徒歩3分に位置する、平成26年竣工、9階建の商業施設。大型家電量販店の店舗として一括賃貸しており、稼働率は100％。これに伴いポートフォリオ全体における都市型商業施設の割合は42.8％に上昇する。今回の取得による業績予想の修正はなし。
