日本リテールファンド投資法人（JRF）が、仙台の商業施設を取得する。物件は、仙台市営地下鉄「青葉通一番町駅」より徒歩1分に位置する、昭和43年竣工（平成2年増築）、4階建の都市型商業施設。建物が旧耐震基準のため、JRFは底地のみ先行して取得し、売り主が耐震補強工事を施した後、平成28年9月に建物を取得する。耐震工事後にファストファッションブランドのテナントと長期の定期借家契約を開始する予定。
