日本リテールファンド投資法人が、吉祥寺の商業施設を追加取得する。物件は、JR吉祥寺駅より徒歩5分に位置する、平成7年竣工4階建の商業施設。2014年12月にJRFは本物件の共有持分50%を取得しており、今回は残り50％を追加取得する。売り主は、スポンサーである三菱商事系列の私募REITであるDREAMプライベートリート投資法人。取得時点の稼働率は0％であるが、米国のアパレルブランドと10年超の賃貸借契約を締結済であるため、3月中旬より100％となる見込み。
