日本リテールファンド投資法人がイオンモール神戸北を売却する。物件は、神戸市北区上津台にある、平成18年竣工の商業施設。このうち準共有持分30％をスポンサーの三菱商事傘下の私募REITへ売却し、今後共同で保有する。売却額は49.5億円。これにより売却益784百万円が発生する。一方、大阪心斎橋8953ビルのテナントである東急ハンズより提起された賃料減額訴訟が和解し、375百万円の特別損失が発生する見込み。これらを相殺し更に今後予定している施策を考慮し、業績予想の修正はなし。
